  1. Manage a welcoming team by ensuring understanding and deployment of the House's strategy, coaching for high client experience, fostering collaboration, and motivating through regular feedback and development plans.
  2. Coordinate boutique floor operations, including daily scheduling, ensuring optimal coverage, supporting sales teams, and proposing operational improvements for efficiency and service quality.
  3. Enhance client experience by being present on the floor, recognizing loyal clients, promoting client loyalty initiatives, and collaborating on projects to improve the client journey.
  4. Drive the business by supporting sales efforts, ensuring procedural compliance, and contributing to the boutique's strategic development while safeguarding brand equity.
