Our Associate - Talent Acquisition is responsible for working closely with the Talent Acquisition Team to support sourcing candidates and administering the recruitment process. The job holder is also responsible for ensuring candidates have a great experience throughout the process by regularly keeping in touch, following up, and providing feedback.

The Associate will also be responsible for our Trainee hiring needs by sourcing, screening, and sharing candidates with the hiring managers and managing the Trainee's journey throughout their time with the Group.

Key Responsibilities Include:

1. Work closely with the TA team to understand the job requirements
2. Attend briefing meetings with recruiters & hiring managers as and when required
3. Create engaging job adverts that attract applicants and share across all relevant job portals
4. Create longlists of matching candidates to review with the TA team
5. Screen and schedule interviews for relevant candidates
6. Share feedback and updates with active candidates & recruiters
7. Provide update reports and ensure systems compliance for each role
8. Use relevant selection tools to assess candidates (including competency-based interviews, assessment centres, psychometric evaluations, and all other applicable tests)
9. Develop proactively a pool of qualified candidates for critical roles as per TA team directions
10. Ensure all applicants have a great candidate experience
11. Interview and follow up on referrals from management and employees
12. Build networks and communities to source and pipeline candidates
13. Provide support on other HR projects that include talent acquisition as needed
14. Participate in relevant projects and community activities as required
15. Provide reporting support on Excel, SAP, Power BI, and other TA technology regularly
16. Liaise with internal HR stakeholders to collect relevant TA data
17. Take full ownership of the Trainee hiring process
18. Sourcing and screening graduates for Trainee positions
19. Facilitating the interview and assessment process
20. Ensure follow-up of the Trainee's experience with Trainee and Manager
21. Collect feedback post-assignment
22. Keep a central talent pool of Trainees for potential permanent positions
