Job Description- We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our recruitment efforts, focusing on talent sourcing, hiring strategies, and candidate relationships.
Talent Acquisition Manager will work closely with business stakeholders to develop effective recruiting strategies and build strong relationships with potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing communication.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of successfully recruiting for complex and senior-level positions, with a strong understanding of global labor markets and international hiring practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
