We're looking for a talent acquisition specialist to work closely with our business teams to develop effective recruiting strategies.
Job Objectives- Collaborate with business teams to understand organizational structures, responsibilities, strengths, weaknesses, and key drivers.
- Build a network of potential candidates through market research and relationship management.
- Develop effective recruiting strategies using a sound process to scale the business.
- Participate in recruitment efforts, emphasizing assessment skills for screening and evaluating candidates.
- Lead hiring calibration and decision-making processes while managing offer proposals and negotiations.
- Continuously improve the recruiting process by educating hiring managers and interviewers on best practices.
- Excellent written and oral English communication skills.
- Minimum 3 years of recruiting experience in a high-volume, high-hiring-bar environment (mixed corporate and agency experience preferred).
- Strong sourcing skills with a track record of implementing innovative strategies for passive candidates.
- Able to understand business requirements and frame them for technical and operational solutions.
- Dedicated to working in a fast-paced, aggressively growing environment.
- Structured thinking and communication with diplomatic and relationship-building skills across functions/regions.
- Project experience is a plus; knowledge of other HR fields is beneficial.
