About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned professional with extensive experience in senior talent sourcing, particularly in the Technology industry. As a pioneer in global remote-first tech, we need someone who can lead the way in connecting performance outcomes to hiring processes.
The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background, including a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology or a related field, and be proficient in analytical problem-solving, statistical analysis, and data interpretation.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a search strategy that empowers headhunted talent to move seamlessly through the pipeline.
- Coach senior leadership teams to drive hiring outcomes, enabling them to become experts at approaching and attracting exceptional talent.
- Provide real-time insights through talent analytics, partnering with the business to optimize their hiring processes.
- Conduct in-depth behavioural interviews to gain valuable insights into motivations and behaviours.
- Build key relationships with global stakeholders to ensure delivery against our hiring agenda.
- Cultivate our employer brand and enhance candidate experiences.
- Pursue continuous improvement on hiring processes and outcomes.
- Ensure diversity and inclusion, removing unconscious bias from our hiring process.
Requirements
- Professional experience in headhunting from a reputable search firm or in-house search function, with a proven track record of successfully sourcing senior talent in the Technology industry.
- Experience working with senior stakeholders, creating learning programs to develop their ability to engage with passive talent.
- Familiarity with psychometric assessments and exposure to tools like Greenhouse ATS, Thomas International, and DISC profiling.
- Excellent analytical problem-solving skills, proficiency in LinkedIn talent modules, and a high level of personal organisation.
- An academic background in Psychology or a related field, including a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
