  • To source, identify, and select suitable candidates according to existing procedures within agreed timeframes from diverse recruitment sources.

  • To develop a shortlist of potential candidates and forward it to the Recruitment Manager.
  • To maintain professional confidentiality regarding employee personal and company-sensitive information.
  • To act as a point of contact and establish effective relationships with candidates throughout the selection process.
  • To maintain a database of qualified professionals to facilitate rapid response to recruitment needs.
  • To update daily reporting spreadsheets related to the recruitment process.

Required Skills

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or relevant discipline.
  • 3-5 years of work experience.
  • Effective Communication Skills (Written and Oral).
  • Proficiency in Arabic and English languages.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office.
  • Experience using ERP systems, preferably SAP and SF Cloud.
