- Experience: Minimum 3 years' relevant work experience
- Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day operations of the facility.
- Manage staff and quality targets to ensure the smooth running of the shift operations.
Supervise workers, subcontractors, and work activities.
Inquire about each department's needs and requirements and report as such with follow-ups.
Record and report any form of non-compliance from the teams to management.
Ensure housekeeping is foremost in the respective departments and the entire premises to maintain a clean and safe workplace.
Skills:
- Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business administration. Any specialized certificate course in Logistics or warehousing is preferable.
- Experience in ERP will be an added advantage.
- Good communication skills in English (Basic Read, Write, good speaking) & Arabic (speaking).
- Able to work in a team environment in high-pressure situations and stressful work environments.
- Salary: 450-550 KD
