Job Title: Assistant Manager for Recruitment

The Assistant Manager for Recruitment is a senior subject matter expert responsible for recruitment activities. The job holder will use their recruitment knowledge and understanding of modern recruiting methods, systems, and routes to market to continuously improve key recruiting metrics and the company's ability to attract, engage, and hire the best talent.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Work with all stakeholders to develop best practice recruitment activities that produce high-quality candidates in line with business requirements.
  2. Manage and coordinate the annual and quarterly manpower planning process in alignment with the business objectives, ensuring adherence to the plan and budget.
  3. Drive consistency in the recruiting process and champion the use of SuccessFactors across all recruitment activities within Alghanim Industries.
  4. Create automated recruitment dashboards that accurately reflect recruiting activity across all businesses via SuccessFactors. Review, analyze, and share key recruitment metrics with HR and business stakeholders.
  5. Reduce recruitment cycle time, focusing on attracting, selecting, hiring, and onboarding talent into strategic positions.
  6. Support the development and execution of new assessment methodologies, including competency frameworks, to improve hiring decision-making.
  7. Act as the point of contact for the relationship with LinkedIn, managing Recruiter licenses and marketing budgets to maximize ROI.
  8. Support managers in developing budgets, strategies, EVP, and related programs that align with and optimize recruitment and onboarding practices across AI.
Candidate Requirements
  1. A minimum of 7 years of recruiting experience, ideally in large and/or complex organizations.
  2. In-depth understanding of recruitment and selection tools and techniques.
  3. Excellent relationship-building skills.
  4. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  5. Well-developed project management skills.
  6. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to work with data to gain insights and drive improvements.
  7. Degree educated, ideally in a business-related subject.
