Key Responsibilities:

- Compliance and Policy Implementation:
- Ensure all HR practices are in accordance with Kuwaiti labor laws.
- Assist in developing, implementing, and updating HR policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of HR experience, preferably in Kuwait.
- Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written) – mandatory.
- Good understanding of Kuwaiti labor laws and HR practices.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and HR software/tools.
