Clinical Sales Specialist

The role of a Product Specialist in Immunology is to act as a key link between the company and healthcare professionals. This individual is responsible for promoting registered products or groups of products to physicians, pharmacists, and decision makers in hospitals and pharmacies.
The Product Specialist works strategically to increase awareness, create demand for the company's products, and ensure their availability in the market and institutions. To achieve this, they must maintain accurate coverage of the territory, conduct customer segmentation, and provide excellent customer service.
Main Responsibilities:- Sales Maximization: Maximize sales and increase market share of products within the designated territory while complying with company requirements.
- Target Achievement: Achieve sales targets while adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Territory Coverage: Maintain accurate coverage of the territory and ensure CRM reporting compliance.
- Customer Segmentation: Conduct customer segmentation to approach target customers effectively.
- Customer Database Management: Keep the customer database up to date to understand and fulfill customer needs.
- Industry Knowledge: Stay informed about disease areas, products, and competitors.
- Presentations: Present and discuss clinical data with healthcare professionals.
- Market Monitoring: Monitor developments in the healthcare system to identify opportunities and risks.
- Brand Strategy Support: Support brand strategy and identify new business opportunities.
- Market Analysis: Perform market analysis including competitive intelligence.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and stakeholders.
- Event Organization: Organize promotional and educational events.
- Compliance: Comply with legal and ethical guidelines, report adverse events and product complaints timely.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in Kuwait, preferably in a scientific or pharmaceutical field. Immunology experience is advantageous.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, ability to manage multiple tasks, planning and analytical skills, understanding of compliance and broader healthcare environment.
This position requires an individual who can work independently and as part of a team, think critically, and solve problems effectively. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for the pharmaceutical industry and a desire to contribute to the growth and success of our organization.
