As a Product Specialist in Immunology, you will be a key link between healthcare professionals and the industry.

Job Function

This role is focused on pharmaceutical sales within the immunology field.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Sales Performance: Maximize product sales and increase market share in the designated territory.
  • Achieve sales targets while meeting company requirements.
  • Maintain accurate coverage of the territory and ensure CRM reporting compliance.
  • Customer Segmentation: Conduct customer segmentation to approach target customers effectively and provide excellent customer service.
  • Keep customer database updated to understand and fulfill customer needs promptly.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain knowledge of disease areas, products, and competitors.
  • Stay updated with product information and clinical data, and present these to healthcare professionals.
  • Monitor developments in the healthcare system to identify opportunities and risks, adapting strategies accordingly.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and strengthen relationships with leading specialists and KOLs.
  • Build sustainable relationships with target HCPs and stakeholders.
Qualification & Experience

A minimum of 2 years of experience in Kuwait is required.

A Bachelor's Degree in a scientific or pharmaceutical field is essential.

Immunology experience is an advantage.
