Job Description

  • Promoting and selling products and Equipment to healthcare professionals. Through various sales techniques.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.
  • Building andEstablishing relationships with healthcare professionals, doctors, pharmacists, and other healthcare practitioners to gain them trust.
  • Provide product information and answer healthcare professionals' inquiries and understand them needs, to secure them loyalty and support for the products we represent.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to prepare promotional materials and strategies.
  • Identify potential opportunities and devise strategic sales plans. Furthermore, monitor market trends and competitor activities and gather feedback from healthcare professionals to adapt and refine sales strategies.
  • Time Management and Organizational skills to manage territory, plan sales visits and meetings with customers and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Providing educational support to healthcare professionals and customers through organize and conduct product presentations, Demos, and workshops to educate professionals about products.
  • Maintaining detailed records, preparing reports on sales activities, tracking inventory, and staying updated on product knowledge and industry regulations.
  • Promote and sell pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and other medical staff.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Dental technician, Life Sciences, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in medical sales.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must have valid Kuwait Driving License.
  • Transferable Residence.
  • Fluent in English & Arabic (Written & Spoken)
