Job Title: Oncology Product Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oncology Product Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting and selling oncology products in Kuwait.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pharmaceutical sales, with experience in oncology and hematology. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with healthcare professionals, providing education and support on our products, and driving sales growth.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Maximize Sales: Drive sales of products and increase their market share.
  • Achieve Sales Targets: Meet sales targets within the designated territory while adhering to all Company HCC requirements.
  • CRM Compliance: Maintain accurate coverage of the designated territory and ensure full compliance with CRM reporting requirements according to Company policy guidelines.
  • Customer Segmentation: Conduct customer segmentation in alignment with Company guidelines to appropriately approach target customers with the optimal tools and frequency, ensuring best-in-class customer service.
  • Database Maintenance: Keep the customer database updated to fully understand customer needs and fulfill them in a timely manner.
  • Knowledge Retention: Maintain extensive knowledge of disease areas, products, and competitors.
  • Product Information: Stay informed about the latest product information and clinical data provided by the company.
  • Data Presentation: Present and discuss this data with healthcare professionals during face-to-face meetings and group presentations.
  • Healthcare System Awareness: Keep abreast of new developments in the healthcare system, anticipating potential opportunities and risks, and adapt strategies accordingly to shape the healthcare environment.
  • Brand Strategy Support: Support the Brand Strategy and identify new opportunities to drive business growth.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct ongoing market analysis, including Market, Competitive, and Business Intelligence.
  • Customer Insights: Understand customer and market insights to achieve both short-term and long-term business objectives.
  • Network Development: Develop and enhance the contact network with leading specialists and KOLs.
  • Relationship Building: Build sustainable and positive relationships with target healthcare professionals and other stakeholders.
  • Event Coordination: Assist in organizing promotional and educational meetings, symposia, and conferences for physicians and medical staff.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with local laws & HCBI guidelines, the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), and the Policy on Business Conduct (PBC).
  • Adverse Events Reporting: Report Adverse Events and product quality complaints promptly, adhering to J&J Pharmacovigilance guidelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a scientific field or Pharmacy.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Kuwait.
  • Experience in Oncology & Hematology is an advantage.
