Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced, visionary, and hands-onChief Executive Officer (CEO)to lead our centralized cloud kitchen operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the strategic direction, operational management, marketing, e-commerce, and digital presence of our current and upcoming brands. This role requires a dynamic leader who thrives in a fast-paced, tech-forward environment and has a deep understanding of food delivery trends, brand positioning, and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership:Develop and execute the company's overall strategy, aligning all brands under a unified vision while maintaining their individual identities.
  • Operational Oversight:Lead day-to-day operations across all kitchen and delivery activities to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance with food safety standards.
  • Brand Management:Drive the success and performance of all five existing brands and support the development and launch of six new concepts.
  • Marketing & Social Media:Oversee all aspects of marketing, including content strategy, campaign execution, and brand storytelling across digital channels.
  • E-commerce Management:Lead the development and optimization of our digital sales platforms, ensuring seamless customer experiences and maximizing conversion rates.
  • Team Leadership:Build, mentor, and manage a multidisciplinary team across operations, marketing, kitchen staff, and support roles.
  • Financial Management:Own the P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting functions; ensure financial sustainability and growth.
  • Innovation & Expansion:Stay ahead of food trends, technology innovations, and customer behaviors to continuously evolve and improve the brand portfolio and operations.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum 5 Years experience in this field
  • Proven experience in a senior leadership role (preferably CEO/COO/General Manager) in the food delivery, cloud kitchen, or hospitality sector.
  • Strong track record of launching and scaling F&B brands, especially in a digital-first or delivery-only environment.
  • Deep knowledge of Kuwait's food delivery market, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
  • Experience managing digital marketing, social media strategy, and e-commerce platforms.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to manage multiple brands, teams, and priorities simultaneously.
  • Candidates must be of Arab nationality, with a strong cultural understanding of the regional market.
  • Fluency in both English and Arabic, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
  • Must be able to present a success story from a previous role—demonstrating results, growth metrics, or impactful business transformation that directly ties to your leadership and strategy.
