  • We are seeking a strategic and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our executive leadership team. The CFO will play a critical role in driving financial strategy, governance, and performance for our growing oil & gas operations in Kuwait.

Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.

Oversee accounting, audit, taxation, and compliance functions.

Develop financial risk management strategies and ensure regulatory alignment.

Drive cost control and efficiency across the business.

Manage banking relationships, financing, and capital structuring.

Bachelor's or Master's in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration (CPA/CA preferred).

15+ years of financial leadership experience, including in the oil & gas or energy sector.

Proven ability to manage large-scale budgets and complex financial environments.

Strong understanding of regional financial regulations and international standards.

Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
