Role: Junior Technical Sales Engineer – Thermal & Industrial Cooling Systems

We are looking for a Junior Technical Sales Engineer with a background in Mechanical or Thermal Engineering to support our regional sales operations across the GCC.

The role involves assisting in promoting and supporting to thermal management solutions, including enclosure cooling units, chillers, process cooling systems,

and heat-exchanger-based equipment.

This position is ideal for a motivated engineering graduate or fresher with a strong academic understanding of thermal systems,

heat transfer, and industrial cooling technologies, who is eager to grow into a sales and technical support role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support sales activities for thermal management and industrial cooling systems.
  • Learn to identify client needs and propose suitable technical solutions.
  • Assist in preparing technical and commercial proposals.
  • Maintain customer databases and documentation through CRM tools.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, delivery, and after-sales support.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical / Thermal management
  • Knowledge or internship exposure in thermal systems, refrigeration, or heat transfer.
  • Strong technical understanding of basic cooling, ventilation, and heat exchange principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • A self-motivated learner with the ability to work in a team environment.
