We're Hiring: Sales Designer – Wood Division

(Interior Designer / Civil Engineer)

We are expanding our Wood Division and looking for a talented Sales Designer who can combine strong design skills with client-facing sales expertise to deliver high-quality interior and woodwork solutions.

Job Description

  • Meet with clients to understand their design requirements and project needs.

  • Prepare interior and woodwork design concepts, layouts, and technical drawings.

  • Develop design proposals, quotations, and presentations tailored to client expectations.

  • Coordinate with production and technical teams to ensure design accuracy and feasibility.

  • Manage projects from initial concept through final approval and closing.

  • Follow up with clients and actively contribute to closing sales and securing projects.

  • Maintain professional client relationships and represent the company's design standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Civil Engineering.

  • Proven experience in woodwork and interior design (kitchens, wardrobes, custom furniture, etc.).

  • Proficiency in Winner, SketchUp, and AutoCAD.

  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple design proposals and meet deadlines.

  • Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to close projects successfully.

  • Attention to detail and strong understanding of materials and finishes.
