">The Restaurant Operations Manager will be the key point of contact between the restaurant team and senior management, providing support and guidance to ensure that all operational aspects of the business run smoothly.
">This role requires someone with excellent leadership skills, who can motivate and inspire the team to achieve their best. You should have a strong understanding of the hospitality industry, with experience in managing restaurants, bars, or cafes.
">Main Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and safety">
- Supervise staff and coordinate their activities to ensure efficient service delivery">
- Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and expenses">
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations">
- Implement effective systems for storing and managing vendors' contracts and invoices">
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty">
- Prepare shift schedules and manage employee rotas to meet business needs">
- Process payroll accurately and on time for all restaurant staff">
- Perform other duties as assigned by senior management">
