About the Role:We are seeking an experienced and professional Indian restaurant manager to join our team at Perfect Care Solution in Kuwait. As a restaurant manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of staff to ensure exceptional customer service and high-quality food preparation.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Service: Resolve customer questions and complaints professionally, ensuring that every guest feels welcome and valued.
- Payroll Management: Conduct payroll activities accurately and on time, managing salaries and benefits for all restaurant staff.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that the restaurant follows health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe environment for customers and staff.
- Vendor Management: Manage and store vendors' contracts and invoices, ensuring timely payments and effective relationships.
- Inventory Management: Place orders for ingredients, utensils, and equipment as stock is depleted or damaged, minimizing waste and optimizing inventory levels.
- Scheduling: Prepare shift schedules for restaurant staff, ensuring adequate coverage and minimizing overtime.
- Financial Management: Process payroll for all restaurant staff, maintaining accurate financial records and reports.
- Excellent Customer Service Skills: Demonstrate a customer-centric approach, providing exceptional service to guests and resolving issues promptly.
- Leadership and Team Management: Lead a team of staff, motivating and guiding them to achieve exceptional results.
- Time Management and Organization: Prioritize tasks effectively, managing multiple responsibilities and deadlines.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Communicate clearly and effectively with staff, customers, and vendors, building strong relationships and resolving conflicts.
