Drive Sales Growth in the Western Region
We are seeking a seasoned sales leader to head our Western Region operations in Saudi Arabia. This strategic role involves driving sales growth, expanding distribution reach, and managing key accounts across designated territories.
The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in FMCG, a strategic mindset, and a hands-on approach to team leadership and customer engagement.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the regional sales team, ensuring alignment with our overall growth objectives.
- Achieve volume, revenue, and profitability targets for the assigned region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key customers.
- Identify and pursue new market opportunities, including participation in tenders.
- Develop and execute trade marketing initiatives and in-market activation plans.
- Monitor market trends and competitive dynamics to proactively adjust sales strategies.
- Ensure excellence in sales execution, order fulfillment, and collections.
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is required.
- A master's degree or MBA is preferred and will be considered an added advantage.
- 8-10 years of experience in FMCG sales, including at least 3 years in a regional leadership position.

- Leadership: Strong ability to lead, inspire, and coach high-performing sales teams.
- Negotiation: Skilled in managing key accounts, securing contracts, and working with distribution partners.
- Analytical Abilities: Proficient in using data and insights to drive decision-making.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication, with strong interpersonal skills.
- Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the FMCG market in Saudi Arabia and its regional dynamics.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in Arabic and English is a must.
