Marketing Director Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Director to lead our marketing strategy and drive business growth.

  • This is a challenging role that requires a strategic thinker with extensive regional marketing experience, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to communicate effectively in both English and Arabic.
About the Role
  • Develop and implement robust marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Provide visionary leadership, aligning marketing efforts with overall company goals.
  • Lead and inspire a cross-functional team, including product managers, trade marketing professionals, advertising specialists, and market researchers.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the marketing team.
  • Leverage 20 years of diverse marketing experience, with a preference for experience in the GCC region.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Drive brand-building initiatives and successfully launch new products to enhance market presence.
  2. Utilize innovative marketing approaches, including new-age media, to stay ahead of industry trends.
  3. Effectively communicate objectives, KPIs, and expectations to the marketing team.
  4. Comply with health and safety, lean and sustainability practices together with regulations when carrying out duties & responsibilities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing and a master's degree in marketing or related field.
  • Minimum of 20 years of progressive marketing experience, focusing on brand management and strategic marketing.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English is a must.
