Senior Sales Leader – West Region

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to lead our Western region operations in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in FMCG, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and managing key accounts across designated territories.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a high-performing sales team, achieving volume, revenue, and profitability targets for the assigned region. They will also be expected to build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key customers.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead and manage the regional sales team to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
  2. Achieve sales targets for the assigned region, including volume, revenue, and profitability.
  3. Develop and execute trade marketing initiatives and in-market activation plans to drive sales growth.
  4. Monitor market trends and competitive dynamics to proactively adjust sales strategies.
  5. Ensure excellence in sales execution, order fulfillment, and collections.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • 8-10 years of experience in FMCG sales, including at least 3 years in a regional leadership position.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English.
