We are seeking an experienced Relationship and Retention Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong business relationships with our customers.
About the Role:
You will work closely with our customers to understand their needs and provide them with exceptional service. Your primary goal will be to retain existing customers and identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
Your Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Assist customers in getting started with our products or services
- Onboard and verify new clients on our platform
- Conduct onboarding activities outside the office as needed
- Verify and qualify new landlord details
- Review escalated support tickets that require immediate attention
- Prepare reports relating to account creation and onboarding
- Maintain accurate customer records and interactions in our CRM system
- Provide training to customers when needed
- Follow up with existing subscribers to identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities
- Gather feedback from customers to improve our services
- Implement strategies to retain existing customers and reduce churn rates
- Generate reports and analyze data related to customer interactions and satisfaction
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 8+ years of experience in sales, account management, or equivalent roles
- Basic understanding of economic, legal, and regulatory factors around e-payments services
- Experience in the real estate market is a plus
- Experience with CRM's like Zendesk and Hubspot is required
- Exceptional sales and negotiation skills
- Strong B2B customer service and client management skills
- Skilled in upselling and cross-selling
- High level of numeracy and literacy
- Courteous and professional demeanor
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Fluent in Arabic and English
