Client Relationship Director

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Client Relationship Director to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry and possess excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with key accounts, particularly within the HORECA sector. This includes developing and executing strategic account plans to strengthen relationships with key clients and identifying new business opportunities to expand market presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive sales growth and ensure product availability.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities to expand market presence.
- Maintain regular communication with key stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by implementing effective sales strategies.
- Conduct market research to analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions that meet customer needs.
Customer Relationship Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring seamless coordination and service delivery.
- Implement and maintain CRM systems to track customer interactions and sales pipelines.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and promotional agreements to drive revenue growth and enhance customer retention.
Operational Excellence & Distribution Management
- Oversee the distribution network to ensure efficient product delivery and availability.
- Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to optimize stock levels and fulfillment processes.
- Address and resolve customer concerns, ensuring high service quality and operational efficiency.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in key account management, sales, or business development within the FMCG industry.
- Proven track record of managing HORECA clients and driving revenue growth.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
- Strong computer literacy and ability to work with sales forecasting tools.
