We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Trainer to join our organization.
The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs that meet the needs of various employee levels and operational requirements.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in occupational health and safety, with a proven track record in developing and delivering effective training programs.
The selected candidate will also possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to assess trainee performance and adjust training based on feedback and outcomes.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Designing and developing HSE training programs
- Delivering training sessions, workshops, and seminars on HSE regulations, practices, and procedures
- Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics
- Working closely with the Training Manager and other departments to align training programs with organizational goals
The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in occupational health and safety or a related field, with a minimum of 5-10 years of experience in HSE training or related roles. Certification in safety, such as NEBOSH or IOSH, is preferred. The ideal candidate will also possess strong knowledge of HSE standards and regulations, including local and international safety standards.
