Human Resources Business Partner

The Human Resources Business Partner is a key player in aligning HR practices with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Partnership:
  • Collaborate closely with business leaders to understand their goals and challenges.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies that support the achievement of business objectives.
  • Provide guidance on organizational design, change management, and talent planning.
  • Employee Relations:
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers on employee relations issues.
  • Conduct thorough and objective investigations into employee complaints.
  • Promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Performance Management:
  • Guide managers in the performance management process, including setting goals, providing feedback, and conducting performance reviews.
  • Identify performance gaps and work with managers to develop improvement plans.
  • Ensure that performance management practices are fair and consistent.
  • HR Compliance:
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Stay up-to-date on HR best practices and trends.
  • Other Duties:
  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives as needed.
  • Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and inform decision-making.
  • Support other HR functions, such as compensation and benefits administration.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience as an HR generalist or business partner.
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and labor laws.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems.
