Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and bilingual (Arabic & English) Human Resources Executive to support and enhance the company's HR operations. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day HR activities, ensure compliance with Kuwaiti labor laws, and support employee engagement and development initiatives.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment & Onboarding:
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to hiring.
  • Conduct interviews and coordinate onboarding procedures.
  • Ensure documentation and joining formalities are completed properly.
  • Employee Relations:
  • Act as a liaison between employees and management.
  • Handle employee grievances and provide resolutions in compliance with company policies.
  • Support in conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
  • HR Operations:
  • Maintain and update employee records in HR systems.
  • Prepare HR reports, memos, and documentation.
  • Manage employee leaves, attendance, and payroll coordination.
  • Performance Management:
  • Assist in implementing and monitoring performance evaluation systems.
  • Coordinate with departments for appraisal meetings and feedback sessions.
  • Training & Development:
  • Identify employee training needs and coordinate training programs.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
  • Compliance & Policy Implementation:
  • Ensure all HR practices are in accordance with Kuwaiti labor laws.
  • Assist in developing, implementing, and updating HR policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of HR experience, preferably in Kuwait.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written) – mandatory.
  • Good understanding of Kuwaiti labor laws and HR practices.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR software/tools.
