Job Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in Human Resources with a strong background working with Government contracts in an OCONUS environment, and a diverse/multi-national workforce preferred.

  • Strong PC skills and MS Office skills, including ability to prioritize, organize effectively, show judgment, initiative and to accomplish job duties in a timely manner.
  • Knowledge of local, state and federal employment laws and procedures, recruitment trends, technologies, and staffing/employment practices.
  • Strong knowledge of employee relations procedures and applicable law, as well as Consultative, coaching skills, analytical skills, and Project Management skills.

About the Role

This is a mid-senior level full-time position in the Human Resources department. The successful candidate will be able to work independently with minimal guidance and demonstrate strong business acumen.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or degree in Human Resource, Business, or related field, and certifications such as PHR or SPHR are preferred.
