About the Role:

The Business Performance Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing operational policies and procedures, monitoring performance and productivity metrics, and driving process improvement.

This is a full-time role that requires strong leadership and management skills to drive business outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  1. Policy Development: Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure operational efficiency.
  2. Performance Monitoring: Monitor performance and productivity metrics to identify areas for process improvement.

  4. Industry Research: Stay up-to-date with industry best practices to inform business decisions.
