  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan targeting government contracts, tenders, O&G projects, and corporate clients.
  • Generate qualified leads and convert them into long-term business partnerships.
  • Prepare and submit proposals for tender submissions and large-scale government or industrial projects.
  • Maintain strong relationships with procurement teams, project managers, and ministry-level decision-makers.
  • Conduct market analysis and competitor research to identify new business opportunities.
  • Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Collaborate with technical and operations teams to tailor solutions based on client specifications.
  • Represent us at exhibitions, trade shows, and client meetings.
Key Responsibilities:

This role requires a minimum of 10 years in industrial, construction, or equipment sales and rental, with a proven track record. Strong background in selling to government bodies, ministries, and oil & gas companies is essential.

A deep understanding of public and private sector tender procedures is also necessary.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills are required.
  • A strong grasp of project-based sales cycles is vital.
  • Bilingualism (Arabic and English) is preferred.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is required.
