  • Manage daily operations of the sales department to ensure high performance and adherence to processes and procedures.">
  • Set and monitor monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the team and ensure targets are met or exceeded.">
  • Coordinate key account management activities, including relationship development and strategic account planning.">
  • Prepare annual sales budgets and manage spending in line with budgetary allocations.">
  • Track sales performance and provide regular sales reports, including product performance and market share analysis, to the Director – GCC Region.">
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve departmental goals.">
  • Set clear performance expectations, conduct regular performance reviews, and support career development of team members.">
  • Manage and nurture the relationship with local distribution agents to ensure effective product availability and market coverage.">
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders across both private and institutional sectors.">
