We are always looking for new ways to raise the bar. So we are searching for a Director of Sales with a track record of driving sales and smashing targets.

Every day is different, but you will mostly be:

  1. Managing daily sales activities and coaching your team to deliver to their full potential
  2. Hitting all personal and team sales goals to help us maximise profitability
  3. Creating and implementing sales plans that drive measurable incremental occupancy, increase average rates, volume, food and beverage, and banquet sales
  4. Producing and reviewing monthly reports to monitor performance
  5. Developing and maintaining relationships with key clients and outside contacts

  • Bachelor's degree or higher qualification in sales & marketing or related field
  • Four or more years of experience in hospitality or hotel sales and marketing with direct supervisory experience over a sales team
  • Strong knowledge of local businesses and trends required
  • Must speak local language(s)
  • Other languages preferred
