Treasury Specialist

This role will be responsible for treasury-related processes, including bank payments, cash reports and forecasts, issuing bank guarantees, and other ad hoc projects. The position will also assist the finance manager with treasury-related internal controls and act as a key contact in the region.

1. Manage bank payment activities, ensuring timely and accurate payments, proper supplier record updates, and resolving invoice/payment disputes with internal stakeholders and vendors. Ensure validity, completeness, accuracy, and timeliness of all processed payments.
2. Prepare weekly and monthly cash reports; develop cash forecasts and payment plans for each bank account.
3. Perform other treasury and accounting tasks, such as opening new bank accounts, issuing bank guarantees, and account reconciliation. Support periodic transactions requiring representation at banks, tax bureaus, and other statutory organizations.
4. Manage the Hard Copy Receipt process, including scanning, filing, following up on missing receipts, and conducting spot check audits.
5. Oversee Local Card Administration—approve new card applications, process account closures, manage temporary credit limit increases, and monitor overdue balances, following up with employees as needed.
6. Handle filing and packing of GL/AP/T&E documents.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics
• 0-3 years of experience in an MNC environment
• Familiarity with bank operating processes
• Strong sense of responsibility, ability to meet deadlines, handle multiple priorities, and perform accurately with minimal supervision
• Organized, open, honest, proactive, and a good team player
• Good communication skills in English and Mandarin
