About the Role
As a Strategic Management Consultant with HR Expertise at Baker Tilly Kuwait, you will play a key role in assisting the Section Head in proposal and engagement letters preparation and implementation. Your focus will be on management and HR consulting services.

Responsibilities
Key responsibilities of this position include:
  • Preparing technical and financial proposals for management and HR consulting services.
  • Preparing engagement letters that align with approved processes and procedures.
  • Implementing engagements according to established guidelines.
  • Preparing reports on management's current engagements and objectives.
  • Performing tasks as assigned by the Section Head.

Requirements
The ideal candidate should have 5 years of experience in the same domain, along with professional certificates in Human Resources (PHR, SPHR, PHRI, or equivalents). Additionally, they should have knowledge of relevant laws and regulations such as Capital Markets Authority, Companies Law, and Private Sector Labor Law. Best practices in management and HR consulting are also essential.

Skills and Qualifications
To excel in this role, you will need:
  • A strong command of the Arabic language (mother tongue) is required.
  • Proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking) is necessary.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
