">The Technical Sales Manager (TSM)
">Role DescriptionThe TSM is responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion within our assigned Segment portfolio. This involves leveraging expertise in product lines and operational knowledge to identify and pursue new business opportunities.

- Develop and execute strategic plans to strengthen our market position by understanding customer key objectives & challenges;">
- Oversee all areas of business risk and ensure strategies exist to mitigate these as much as possible;">
- Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration;">
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, technologies, and best practices to stay ahead of the competition;">
- Ensure timely and effective execution of sales plans and activities to meet or exceed sales targets;">
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics;">
- Provide regular updates and insights on sales performance and progress to senior management;">
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities through proactive outreach and relationship-building efforts;">
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of client needs, preferences, and pain points to provide tailored solutions and value-added services;">
Requirements
">To be successful in this role, you will need:a minimum of 10+ years of related experience in sales, business development, or a related field;
">4 years of sales experience with a proven track record of success;
">Bachelor's degree in any related field;
">Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills;
">Able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines;
">Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
">Ability to travel frequently as needed.
