About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with our clients. If you have a passion for sales and are looking for a challenging role, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Prepare quotations for clients.
  • Assist in sales presentations, negotiations, closing, and sales reports.
  • Audit our B2B stores by visiting them to keep a record of our products.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships through strong communication.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets by staying focused on goals.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and developments.
  • Provide training, mentorship, and development opportunities to improve sales staff performance.
  • Maintain exceptional customer service standards at all times.
  • Analyze sales performance data and provide regular reports to management.
  • Manage E-Commerce Market strategies.
  • Show knowledge of corporate business practices.
  • Organize and manage expos and events effectively.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in sales within the F&B industry.
  • Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in both Arabic and English languages.
  • Self-motivated and driven to achieve results.
  • Familiarity with bakery products and industry trends is an advantage.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
