Administrative Manager

Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate all human resource and administrative activities in the project, ensuring compliance with Company Policy and Procedures and the Kuwait Labor Law.
- Act as the main point of contact for HR and administrative related matters, resolving any issues or concerns that may arise.
- Manage administration activities, including data processing, and work closely with Human Resources and Administration sections to accomplish tasks.
- Support recruitment activities by preparing application forms for new project employees and register new project employees in the time attendance system.
- Prepare requests on behalf of all project employees, such as annual leave request and sick leave, and work with site employees to prepare overtime payment lists.
- Coordinate with the Payroll and Personnel Sections for updates related to Employee records and track, follow up and work with the Passport Section for residency/civil ID renewals and local transfers.
- Prepare reports and provide documentation when required, maintaining confidential employee and company information.
