Responsibilities

  1. Coordinates documents and gathers and inputs data related to assigned administrative support duties for a team or department.
  2. Completes tasks with a limited degree of supervision.
  3. Provides administrative support by conducting research, preparing statistical reports, and addressing routine information requests.
  4. Gathers, compiles, and verifies information and enters it accurately into documents and office systems.
  5. Responds to inquiries from external or internal sources about the organization or its activities.
  6. Prepares documentation for payment of vendors and suppliers.
  7. Maintains departmental policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in similar roles such as Admin, PA, or Office Manager.
  • Understanding of Facility Management, Purchasing, and Office Administration.
  • Bachelor's Degree/College degree in Business Administration or similar.
