About the Position
We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Account Manager-Cybersecurity professional to join our team and drive business growth in the Kuwait market. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cybersecurity sales, as well as exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our client base.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop targeted sales plans.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and vendors to drive long-term engagement and loyalty.
Sales & Business Development
- Understand customer security challenges and recommend tailored solutions that meet their specific needs.
- Present and demonstrate cybersecurity products and services effectively to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with technical teams to design and propose security solutions that address customer pain points.
Market & Industry Engagement
- Stay up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity trends, threats, and technologies to provide expert advice to clients.
- Engage in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build relationships and stay informed.
- Work closely with internal teams to align sales strategies with market demands and client needs.
Proposal & Contract Management
- Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and RFP responses that showcase our expertise and value proposition.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with enterprise and government clients, ensuring smooth onboarding and delivery.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term engagement by delivering high-quality solutions and exceptional service.
Required Qualifications
Experience: 5+ years in cybersecurity sales or IT security consulting, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.
Education: Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field, with a strong foundation in security principles and practices.
Certifications (Preferred): CCSP, CTSP, CompTIA Security, CISSP, CISM, CEH, or any equivalent certification that demonstrates expertise in cybersecurity.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity solutions (Network Security, SIEM, SOC, IAM, Endpoint Security, Cloud Security, Application Security, Data Security & Compliance, AI, etc.).
- Proven ability to manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closure, with a focus on delivering results-driven solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences.
