**Job Title:** Business Development Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Lead to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key brand partners.

Sales Strategy:

The successful candidate will develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with the company's business goals and brand partner objectives. This will involve allocating resources effectively to support strategic initiatives and maximizing ROI for both the company and our partners.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

You will collaborate closely with operations, product managers, marketing, customer service, and finance teams to deliver a cohesive and superior service to brand partners.

Leadership and Team Management:

As a leader, you will be responsible for setting clear objectives, providing guidance, and offering professional development opportunities to your team members. You will also define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the sales team to measure success and drive team performances.

Requirements:

  • A customer-centric approach with high commitment to achieving goals and delivering results.
  • Demonstrated business development acumen, capable of engaging effectively with C-level management and articulating complex concepts clearly.
  • Strong learning ability, with a willingness to continuously acquire new skills and adapt to changing business landscapes.
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English, able to communicate effectively in a global business environment.
  • Prior experience in sales or business development is preferred.
