About This Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Senior On-Demand Convenience (ODC) Account Manager in Kuwait.

You will play a key role in shaping the success of our ODC vertical, working cross-functionally to improve performance, enhance the customer experience, and unlock new revenue streams.

Responsibilities:
  • Partner Relationship Management: Serve as the main point of contact for ODC partners, building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships.
  • Strategic Guidance and Support: Provide strategic guidance and support to help partners optimize their performance and drive engagement.
  • Growth & Commercial Strategy: Develop and implement data-driven strategies to increase sales, boost order volume, and maximize revenue.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in account management, business development, or partnerships—preferably in retail, e-commerce, or a high-growth marketplace.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
