
Administrative Support Professional for Projects

Vectrus, Inc. seeks an experienced Project Coordinator to support our Projects Team. The successful candidate will provide administrative and coordination services to project supervisors, construction managers, and engineering personnel, ensuring timely completion of projects.
Main Responsibilities:
- Coordinate site visits, inspections, and meetings with subcontractors and stakeholders.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and distribute final meeting minutes.
- Develop and produce documents to support Tier A, B, and C projects and LOTDs.
- Provide document control, filing, and distribution of project-related documents.
- Update daily and weekly situational project status reports.
Qualifications:
- Three (3) years of experience in project controls, construction administration, or similar roles in the construction industry.
- Experience in data processing and record keeping, with knowledge of project management principles.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and computer skills.
