About This Opportunity

We are excited to offer a challenging and rewarding career opportunity as a Project Coordinator at Vectrus, Inc. In this role, you will work closely with project supervisors, construction managers, and engineering personnel to ensure successful project execution and compliance.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate site visits, inspections, and meetings with subcontractors and stakeholders.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and distribute final meeting minutes.
  • Develop and produce documents to support Tier A, B, and C projects and LOTDs.
  • Ensure accurate work order and accounting records using Maximo system.
  • Liaise with project stakeholders to ensure process continuity.

What We Require
  • Minimum three (3) years of experience in project controls, construction administration, or similar roles.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Maximo systems.
