A little taste of your day-to-day:

Every day is different, but you'll mostly be:

Developing and executing marketing strategies across digital, print, and social platforms to position the hotel as a market leader.

Driving brand awareness, occupancy, and revenue through integrated campaigns and storytelling.

Collaborating closely with Sales, F&B, Events, and other departments to build targeted promotions and events.

Managing media, influencer, and PR relations to ensure maximum coverage.

Overseeing content creation, online reputation, and guest engagement on all major platforms.

Monitoring marketing budgets, analytics, and KPIs to drive ROI and optimization.

What we need from you:

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar Marketing role within a luxury or 5-star hotel.

Degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality Management, or a related field.

Strong grasp of digital marketing tools, campaign planning, and performance analysis.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

A creative mindset with strong attention to detail and brand integrity.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, social media tools, CMS platforms, and CRM systems is a plus.
