Sales and Marketing Representative for Lubricants Products

At Kuwait Automotive Imports, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lubes Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in lubricants sales, with a proven track record of success in meeting sales targets and building strong relationships with key clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow market share in the lubricants sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including K-companies, Oil & Gas companies, and Industrial Sector organizations.
- Actively engage with e-learning platforms and other digital tools to stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective sales support and customer service.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years of related local market experience in lubricants sales.
- University Graduate (preferably in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering) or Technical Diploma.
- Excellent selling techniques, negotiation skills, and language proficiency in English and Arabic (read, write, and speak).
- Valid Kuwait driver's license and transferable visa.
