About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Receptionist at Real Estate Construction. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and preparing reports.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate daily schedules, appointments, and events
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports, and correspondence
  • Support team members with administrative tasks and projects
  • Develop and implement effective systems and processes to improve productivity

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and organizational skills, with a high school degree and at least 2 years of experience in real estate administration.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • At least 2 years of experience in real estate administration
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software

Bonus points if you have experience working with international clients and knowledge of computer-aided design (CAD) software.
