Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities- Lead the way in managing guest experiences, team performance, and hotel operations
- Prioritize workload to ensure efficient delivery of services
- Develop your team's skills to drive results that positively impact on hotel performance
- Resolve issues, queries, or concerns through authentic conversations with guests
- Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualification
- 2 years' experience in a front desk or guest service leadership role
- Fluency in spoken and written English and Arabic
- Basic mathematics skills
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, reasoning, and motivational skills
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
