Estimated Salary: KD 3,500 - KD 4,200 per month (based on industry standards and market conditions).
About the RoleThe primary responsibility of this role is to manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure. This includes identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with existing clients, and collaborating with our product team to meet customer needs.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Complete sales cycle management from lead generation to closure.
- Follow up with potential customers by providing the best rates in the industry.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Collaborate with the management and product team to drive sales growth.
About You: We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual with a proven track record in sales. You should have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in sales in the IT products market or corporate sales.
- Good spoken and written English skills, plus spoken Arabic/Hindi skills.
- Demonstrated customer service orientation and strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and easily adapt to changing situations and priorities.
- Valid Kuwait driving license and car; transferable residency is a requirement.
