Job Responsibilities

  1. Prepare and cook Italian cuisine to the highest standards, under the supervision of the Head Chef.
  2. Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to food safety regulations and best practices.
  3. Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new menu items and seasonal dishes, showcasing your creativity and skills.
  4. Train and mentor junior staff members to ensure they meet the restaurant's standards.
  5. Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory control, ensuring seamless kitchen operations.
  6. Ensure all dishes are prepared and presented to the highest standards, meeting the restaurant's quality expectations.
  7. Participate in daily kitchen operations, including setup, service, and cleanup, requiring flexibility and efficiency.
  8. Carefully handle food allergies and dietary restrictions to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.

Qualifications and Skills

  1. Vocational training in culinary arts or a related field is required.
  2. Excellent knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures is essential.
  3. Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation regulations is critical.
  4. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment is vital.
