Overview

The primary objective of this role is to develop and implement sales strategies that drive profitable revenue growth, while consistently increasing market share within the target customer base.

Responsibilities
  1. Achieve annual and quarterly revenue targets by leveraging existing relationships and identifying new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
  2. Maintain close communication with customers, serving as their primary point of contact for service and providing prompt responses to their inquiries.
  3. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through regular visits and calls, ultimately generating additional sales leads and expanding the customer base.
  4. Collaborate with local service teams and instrument sales teams to deliver optimal service solutions that meet customer needs.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as pharmaceutical or chemical sciences.
  • Demonstrated self-motivation and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong multi-tasking and problem-solving skills, enabling effective management of multiple priorities and responsibilities.
  • Fluent reading comprehension in English; proficiency in spoken and written English is highly desirable.
  • Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory, potentially including international destinations.
